Workers Solidarity Network (WSN) believes that we – as workers – have the power to improve our working conditions and bring about positive social change. WSN believes that our country is not a real democracy unless we have democratic workplaces where workers have a say.
WSN believes that the only way to bring about a fairer share of resources in our society in by forming active unions and community organisations to fight for it.
Workers Solidarity Network is a community group which:
- supports workers who strike for better working conditions.
- supports trade unions and other community organisations fighting for a more equitable share of resources in our society.
- maintains a SMS and email contact list, to notify supporters about industrial disputes and community events.
- support, develop and build links between workers, workplaces and communities.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 6.30pm, around the Trades Hall area (check Facebook for details). Get involved!
